ASSOCIATE MEMBER

ASHS are a small organisation, and we like to know our members. Our Board reviews all applications to become a Full or Associate member.

In order to be approved as an Associate member please fill in the information below. This information will help us understand why you would like to join ASHS, and whether you meet the criteria to be a member of our organisation.
