ASHS Application Form: Associate Member
ASHS are a small organisation, and we like to know our members. Our Board reviews all applications to become a Full or Associate member.
In order to be approved as an Associate member please fill in the information below. This information will help us understand why you would like to join ASHS, and whether you meet the criteria to be a member of our organisation.
Set up your GoCardless subscription for Associate Membership
You will not be charged until after your membership has been approved.

Unsure which membership type suits you best?
If you’re considering whether or not to apply for Full or Associate membership, but aren’t sure if you meet the requirements then feel free to get in touch - or register your interest in full membership in your application or via email after you’ve submitted.
If we receive an Associate member application for a business that we think it a good for for full membership we’ll often get back in touch with the applicant to ask which membership type they would prefer.
